Some people try to play the songs exactly like Dave, which to me is dumb, because when Dave plays a cover, he always plays it a totally different way than the original.

the second tab is right although i think it sounds better without the major 3rd in there, try it just as a power 5th chord. i dont think there is any guitar on this song, besides bass guitar, and the bass is deffinitely Bb, F, Bb, F, like you have, and then F# G# on the end of the chorus.
