16 bit can or can not be lossy just as 24 bit can be
anytime you have flac/shn you assume its lossless
so yes 16 and 24 bit flac files are lossless
although you could make a mp3 or some other lossy file out of a 16 or 24 bit wav/aiff file

Jelly you don't know/understand what you are talking about there are different "kinds" of mpg mpg2 or m2v is a DVD file, however 99% of the mpgs around are mpg1 which is compressed farmore then a m2v file for example if i take a MiniDV tape and import it direct to my comp it takes 2GB of storage for...
