Not to sound like I bastard, although I am one JK, but the 110 has no electronics. As far as I know, Taylor's site hasn't mentioned a 100 series, just a 110, therefore no elecs at all. Not too sure about that though. I have played one at GC in the Cleveland area and it costs somewhere in the $500s....

carter is the most musically abled in the band. he is creditted with a lot of the arrangements on songs and putting the different riffs and rhythms of dave's together to make a song. i'd say that most DMB song writing owe a lot more to Carter than tim or any other band members (well beside dave). W...

And If you pay attention to the jams, the chords daves uses are almost all the same... But he´s still better than any of us... :D Your right, he does use a lot of the same chords, it is all just part of his style. Theory comes more into play when you finalize a song, usually a writer just starts st...

All I know is the new Taylor's are comming with the Expression pickups, very nice tri magnetic pickups instead of the normal bridge pickups which can cause distortion and feedback. The new Expression pickups are awesome. Also Taylor is releasing a new series of guitars (called the 110) that come out...

This may sound like a stupid question, but has dave, tim, or any other member of the band ever visited this site? You have to get approval from DMB copyright people in order to run this site, so I wondered if that involves any of the band members, too. I'd hate to think that dave finds this site an...

I don't really care about the up down strumming, I think the hardest thing for me to do when trying to figure out the songs is when the changes and where they are taking place. I like how he breaks them down, but then at the end it would be nice to have a version something like this.. F# D F# D Brea...

Man can you forgive me....
First lets start with the easiest of the two. I understand he tabs them all from videos, I was talking about live as in on stage like the Folsom Field DVD, sure would be a lot more help than the well agreed upon rank of Curt Mitchells DVD. Just said it would be nice to have that as one of his sectio...

Live At Folsom Feild II & Jack Johnson
That is an awesome DVD, I wish jkanter had a section of the tabs for the songs played on that DVD. I mean what better tabs to learn than to learn the ones Dave plays live. Jkanter also have one more request, and man yes I know it is a pain but how about putting the full lyrics along with the tabs wi...

DMB DVD
Hey put me on the list of people wanting your DVD. I have found your site to be very informative and helpful in learning the style of my favorite artist. I have purchased a DVD called Guitar Method in the style of the DMB with Curt Mitchell. Although it has helped I will give you a few of my gripes ...
