Thanks a lot jwool, that helped a lot. I had no idea the output signal was identical, I will use the tape out and see how it sounds. Thanks!

Thanks a lot guys! I think for now I'm going to go with the soundcard I have and the next thing I invest in will probably be a better sound card for recording.

Mixers, Computers, Recording...HELP!

I just bought a Behringer Eurorack UB802 for some small home recording on my computer. Now the question is, how do I hook it up to my computer? The mixer has a L and R Control Room out and a L and R Main Out. I am assuming that i will use instrument cables for this. But what output do I use and what...

Thanks a lot man. I did notice most of the things you were mentioning, I plan to redo this song but I wanted to get something up for people to listen too. I deffinately need to redo vocals and not go flat cause I cringe everytime I hear the vocals go flat. Also I want to redo the improv guitar, espe...

Great job man!

Only somewhat critical advice I have is see if you can turn up the volume a little during the jam. Let us hear those amazing and beautiful improv riffs in there, they are great, but I'd like to hear them a little more.

Other than that, great great job, great quality and everything

GREAT JOB!

A very catchy tune...also, your voice sounds really good, I can tell a difference from your Stone cover.

Keep up the good work :D

Overall good job man! The one suggestion i have for you is the lead guitar and your voice sort of get to congested together. My suggestion would be just some thoughtful fills during breaks between lines or whatever and then a section to for just jamming rather than having all this lead work going o...

First Recording.....Lover Lay Down

My first recording...note that this might suck haha. This is done with Sonar 2 and a computer mic. Please give me advice on recording, playing, and singing. HELP WITH RECORDING

Ok I have Cool Edit Pro and I have Sonar........I am looking to record a rough demo. I have been trying to do stuff with Cool Edit, I've tried the tutorial but I still can't get the recordings to sound all that great. I've heard some great stuff coming from people on here with just computer mics and...
