i *BELIEVE* this is the finish coming off from being played so much... mixed with dust. Im assuming you dont put your guitar away after you play it or wipe the strings down after you play... (I dont either... no worries) -- i have a similar problem on my accoustic guitar that my dad bought in the 70...

Also remmeber that without a L/R channel your mic is going ot come through on only one channel so you need to record in mono unless you've got an rca adapater and the rca chords (red and white... Left and Right)... I use my mixer for this. But i dont care for the Shure Sm57 for recording my guitar p...

The issue with it being an "official" tab is that to be "official" it's done by physically watching dave fret the strings. Which is why i assume the bass tabs arent dubbed "official" tabs of dmbtabs.com becuase there really arent many Fonzie videos out there... and why would there be? i do however h...
