i'm sorry, that last comment was a little more harsh than i meant it, it's not constructive criticism it's just criticism. The fact is i think you have a good voice and play decently, but i think you're wasting your talent by sounding too much like your influence. Like Pat said in the other thread I...

Its my music bro. End of story. Don't say i'm copying dave. Drop D is the reason why you think that. Many songs in dropped D are based around the note of D, My song is. Midnight Rider by The Allman Brothers is based around D. Its my music not Daves. If it were Daves music i wouldn't love the fact t...

"It would depend upon the year your guitar was built. If it has the large
strap button, then it is set for a 1/4" already. If it's the screw-in
type of strap button, you will need to drill the guitar."

that was the response i got from the larrivee customer service regarding the endpin.

Sweet man. How are you doing the song fairly straight forward or have you found a way to put your own twist on it? I think im doing mine with a capo on 2 and playing it much more open chordy.

i recently purchased a D-03 not rosewodd. It's a mahogony back so of course it isnt as bassy but it does come through. Its a very jangly instrument if you know what i mean. It makes you wanna play Mr. Tambourine man. I know Sam Ash carries them if there is a Sam Ash anywhere near you

I never really venture into the boards over here but this sounds interesting so count me in for warehouse unless it's not cool to have 2 people doing the same song although i dont see why that would be a problem
