I believe there are cutouts in between songs, you just don't notice them.
Actually I think the Patanga gag is quite funny... anyway, maybe this is nonsense, but what if it was dropped-D?

I also managed to get some Patanga in DADGAD, but the fact is that he uses the thumb for the bass notes in the video, and that would be unnecessary in DADGAD. The bass notes in JFuller's tab are correct, I tried playing along with the CD and, even if there are many differences, those notes are ok. F...
