Im basically a beginner and this is hard for me to explain. for the intros to both i have been using only my 1 and 2 fingers, but on the vid all 4 are used..it seems much easier to use 1 and 2. anybody else do this, or am i going about this completely wrong. thanks

exactly what is the correct way to hold the pick...i always find myself hitting my knuckle on the strings even when im playing slow. anyone have any pictures of this so i can correct myself?

so should i be muting every string except for theone im hitting? the little "chuck" sound i get from muting seems to take away from the sound and it sounds nothing like the cd. ill keep practicing!

been playing for a couple of months...im workin on lie in our graves and i keep screwing up when i have to strum just the one chord. i either miss the chord or hit the wrong one. i know daves hand is constantly moving even while hitting the single notes but i just cant seem to get it down. any help ...

do you do the intro or do you just play the verse right away...i find it pretty hard to do that intro and go into it real quick

im finally getting new strings after 4 months, and i read in other posts that depending on the guitar you have makes a difference in the type of strings to get. coated or non-coated, medium or light. anybody have any suggestions at what may sound best?

im confused with the fingering in the video...it looks like he's muting 2 strings instead of one...can anyone explain the fingering to me..

this is the first fulkl song im trying to learn, which might not be smart, but during the verse i keep hittin the bottom two strings and im not supposed to.....any tips on how i should lay out my fingers or strumming
