After I got over my preconceptions of Blue Eyes in regards to not being Sister and gave the song a chance, I really like it. Very deep song, imo.

I hate the single release of "Eh hee." I love the Radio City version, but this recorded version is just awful. Just heard it on the All DMB aol radio station.

I find it funny how most of us think "Seven" is or almost is the worst song on this album, and Dave and Carter go crazy over it on the Fuse TV documentary, "Road to Big Whiskey." Something like "I defy anyone to make a song more well-rounded than this" and Dave compares it to a pendulum. All in all,...

I had to make a road trip this weekend, so I had the chance to really bond with this album. Besides a few discrepancies, this is a really solid album that I get into.

I thought the video was a lot of fun. What I liked about it, if I'm not mistaken, was that i was one long 4 1/2 minute take. That's a long shot without any cuts and it's a long time not to mess up. I wonder how many takes it took.

And of course I didn't see the new album news post at the top .. sorry to waste everyone's time.

Haven't visited in a long time, and this is the first time I've seen the new updates to the board ... very impressive. Hope everyone's doing well and enjoying life. Well since this is a Random DMB Post Thread, I suppose I should add I'm looking forward to the new album coming out ... whenever it does.

Just pre-ordered ... I'm not too excited about the set list, but it's been so long since there's been a Dave and Tim official release it'll be worth it.
