i just bought the smaller peavey acoustic amp and its done well, great reverb and some other effects are nice. plenty of sound and you can always mic up. good balance. it has noticably less noise than a couple fender's i tried. a solid amp, no problems with distortion. not long ago, we ran 2 guitars...

also, back when satelite was 'after her' it was a half step down every time i have heard it-same progressions for the most part, just down a fret. but i haven't heard the intro you are talking about but it may stem from the old version.
