Timmy Questions

I've been playing the Timmy parts to a lot of songs, if anyone would be able to help me out with these questions I would appreciate it. What effects and settings create that sound that comes out of Tim during DDTW, is he delaying and distorting pitch harmonics with the rotosphere thing? what the hel...

anyone lice in the worcester mass area

if anyone out there lives anywhere near worcester (violin, sax, drums, bass) let me know if you would be interested in jamming, probably a few open mic nights or whatever before doing anything for real

the water and lime trick actually works for him, I've seen it, although chronic works well too, which is the only time I can sing and be happy with it. But, chronic usually brings on the Jack for me, which leads to about a 20 minute window of singing well. Jah Live, RRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSPP...

The whole point of reynolds is not playing it the same (improv). I was not trying to cover the song, note for note or anything. I probably should have titled it "Improvisation based on Tim Reynolds Letting Go" so sorry all.

I have no idea what letting go actually sounds like, I came up with that from the tab, I heard like 30 seconds of a slow part I downloaded, so I guess you could say that this was my own interpretation of it. I guessed at the tempo, when to use the sample, etc. If you have it and could host it on you...

Tim Reynolds Letting Go

I've been playing around with the Tim song letting go, I've never actually heard more than 30 seconds of it, so I thought I would look at the tab, get a basic idea of the melody and play with it. Any thoughts would be welcomed. Carl, you've heard this live a few times too. its at http://www.myspace....

I play a D15 with a Lawrence soundhole pick-up. Mine is awesome but most others I pick up don't sound the same. Occasionally though one I see at the music store sounds incredible. The mahogany does make it sound a little darker and to get the sound that I want I have to adjust the low end on my amp ...

All gramaticalarguments aside, i'm going to get good and ripped to see that movie. It will be worth the 7 bucks to see Dave playin for a bunch of animals in a pet store. If you watch the trailer it looks histerical.

songs I can play

These are the songs I can play dave's parts to. If he plays it more than one way (an example of this would be two step's many variations such as the album, live at luther college, live at red rocks, and live at central park) I try to learn every different version. Christmas Song One Sweet World Seek...
