Done with school. Moving to the west coast. It's been interesting. I'd ignore the first three or four songs, those are oldies from back when that I've decided to keep for one reason or another. It's Magic Simon because my all my other band names were taken, so I pulled one out the top of my head.

Get a macbook. Record the audio as you record the video, and then you can edit the audio all you want and clean it up while still syncing it with the video. Of course, you can do that with a camcorder and editing equip. like Final Cut, but since you should really own a Macbook anyway, you might as w...

I like the songs, especially Nuria, but get out of the back of your throat, man. Put your voice out where we can hear it, make it strong. Doesn't mean sound like an opera singer, or broad like that, but some firmness at least.

8tracks.com Mine: http://8tracks.com/luka/lukas-august-2008-mix Strap on some headphones. Some of these are old, some new, all by me (different artists names, because technically you can't have more than two songs by any artist on your mix). I also thought some of you might like to use it for simila...

Re: Who else has lost motivation to play guitar?

Learn Anchor Song, by Bjork. You can find the guitar tabs for the brass part (which is the entire song). It's a biiiiiiiiiiitch of a stretch, and will give you something difficult to overcome.

Re: SALE: Gibson Les Paul Special Faded w/Humbuckers (duh)

How would it ship with a soft case? Are there safe workarounds? A) You pay for it, B) I put it in the softcase, get a really fucking big box and stuff the shit out of it with soft material, such a newspapers and stuff. I shipped my Casio Keyboard like that, and it came out fine, mic, stand and all....

Re: SALE: Gibson Les Paul Special Faded w/Humbuckers (duh)

Post it on another board. I'd like to get rid of it in the next few days. And yes, 600 is cheap, but I want to get rid of it in the next couple days.

Also, you pay shipping if it's needed.

Re: Something a bit different for me.

Don't think of it in lines; think of it in complete thought groups. When I kept it to myself (tucked away from everyone, locked up tight, down deep inside) [it was] the sandman coming after me. As in, Sandman = bad dreams. He's gonna tear me all apart. An out of the fingernails just to feed your fuc...
