The only Taylor that has really wowed me was a 714. I am pretty sure it was a cedar top. You cant go wrong with a D-28 or D-35. You will save a few bucks that way too. Just play them. Call maurysmusic.com and myfavoriteguitars.com before you buy. They will give you the best prices on Martins. Erik

Hi all, I understand why some wouldnt like this guitar. I just really enjoy small guitars and this one is prime. I have had a D-35, a couple of D-15's, and even had a 00-18v for a night but none fit right. I am not a small guy either at 6'1". I just find it comfortable to be able to wrap my body aro...

I actually like the regular D-15 better. Or better yet the 000-15s.

If it was the 335 I would say go for the Gibson. I am not familiar with the 135. You cant go wrong with the american strat. If you like that gibson you might want to look at the epiphone elite casino. Great guitar.

Little Martin LXM

Got one of these for xmas. I am having a blast with it. It is the perfect size and a breeze to play. Anyone else get one? Sure it doesnt sound like a D-28 but it sounds pretty good for what it is. It is all I play right now. I would strongly recommend it.
