Grey Street Help

After a few month hiatus, I am back working on Grey Street. Can anyone help me with the rhythm/stumming of the main chorus. I listen to the video clip and just can't pick it up. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Nice job on Grey Street. I like your style it sounds really good. Like your twist on Ants too.

Correction...

Need to clarify. It turns Dave's mic on. It doesn't turn Mike on (maybe it does)

Correct...

It is a pad that turns his mike on and off. Kevin is accurate with what he said, I read it somewhere too and I know Garcia is one of the names on the pad, but I forget the other one. It is posted on Nancies somewhere.

Broken Strings

I did a search but couldn't find much about broken strings. I am currently playing with D'Addario EJ26 Phosphor Bronze Custom Lights but seem to break them fairly easy - 2 in the last month. Any reason for this or any way to correct it?

I use light/soft and am currently using the "light" picks that Sam Ash lets you take for free. For some reason, I actually like it more than the Dunlop Tortex Reds I was using before.

Strumming on Grey Street

I am having trouble with the strumming for the verse of Grey Street. I thought it was just a downstroke on each chord but after watching the "Videos" I noticed that is wrong can anyone help me out. Thanks!

From Chi-Town

Hey all,

I am from the southside of Chicago, but you don't want to jam with me. I am a newbie, only playing for a few months.
