a lot of people like that lemon oil stuff. i think martin may make a version of it. i just use the dunlop 65 pump polish. it works great for both acoustic and electric.

try going to a luthier instead of a dealer. they make guitars from scratch, so they will have more knowledge and the proper tools to engrave.

i forget where i heard it (i think in the front of the D&T: LALC tab book or maybe Acoustic Guitar Mag) but supposedly he usea a Countryman Direct Box for his martins, and API preamps, Meyer CP-10 EQs, and Eventide Harmonizer for his Atkins. i may have gotten these wrong though.
