i have a KORG chromatic tuner CA-30 and iwas wondering what the different calibration levels mean. i have it set on 446Hz right now, what does this mean and what should it be set at?

When dave plays hello again live, he plays a little intro which starts out with the lyrics "She was my one and only...............", i was wondering, what is he playing on guitar here, anyone have a tab for this very beginning?

i have a takamine EG334SC and i am having a problem with the high e string. the second and third frets make the string buzz and it almost deadens the string. any ideas what is wrong with it or what i should do about it?
