DMB live vs....

I have seen this band enough times to know that Pearl Jam blows them out of the water when it comes to live performances. No offense to DMB but their not even in the same league.

I am glad you had that experience because its like a drug you always want more. The trick is being open enough to experiment with different people. For me thats always been a problem. Do you know anyway to let go of your doubt and just go with your gut

Ben harper is unbelievable. I have seen in concert twice and he phenomenal solo. Mayer is a talent but he got alot to of songs to go before he can catch Harper. And the guy who thinks Eddie Vedder is awesome is so right. I have been trying to find a colloboration between Dave and Eddie but they all ...

when it comes to playing solo you can't be afaid to experiment, such as slowing down the whole rythym of the song, adding percussive strokes on the downbeat of the missing drums, and strumming louder or softer depending on the tone of the song. You dont have to be perfect , just make sure its in tim...

on granny Dave usually mutes the first four strings naturally when he goes up to play the slide riff. Then the bassline has a quick tricky rythym of 333 22 x . Try to strum it the whole way through and try to keep it as clean as possible without hitting the A or E string at all.
