It looks like the binding around the body is the d-28 style and dave's signature model is based on the d-35 which has a different binding. I may be totally off on this but that is my best guess

those chords are right you just have to fool around with the timing/strumming. It feels/sounds like the notes are right it's just the changes that are weird
