The only Typ. Sit. solo tab I saw in here was from Luther Crest...unless I missed another tab.

I didn't read this entire post, so I'm not sure if this has been mentioned...but this part of Timmy's Typ. Situation Solo is incorrect. Typical Situation (not tabbed by me)
(0:56) E:---0--0--0--0--------- B:---3--5--8--13------- G:---4--5--9--12------- RAPID STRUMMING
This i...

Need HELP regarding a preamp/recording annoyance...

So my setup is as follows... A Shure mic plugged into an AudioBuddy dual mic preamp, and the preamp plugged into my soundcard's "mic input' jack. I record with Sound Forge 6... Usually, everything works swell... The preamp works as it should, boosting the signal as expected. But occasionally the pre...

Need suggestions for multi-track composing software for PC!

I'm starting to get into the multi-track recording/composing thing on my PC...and I'm in search of a better program to do so. Right now I have Acid 4, which I believe is probably outdated. I know a lot of people will be quick to suggest Pro Tools, but this is out of the question - I have WINDOWS XP,...

Couldn't agree 100% more...and your 3rd and 4th finger are stationary throughout 90% of the song...how could it be difficult? I don't think the majority of people posting here are complaining about the song itself being difficult. No ones really arguing that...it's straightforward and easy. But sti...

I spent a solid day memorizing this tab/solo... all in alll, it's really not that tough. With a steady rhythm, the solo just flows together nicely and runs up and down the fretboard really smoothly. There's one tough run of notes that I can BARELY keep up with (right after dave switches up the rhyth...

Ummm.......Jamie Cullum is far from pop music there dude. I dont know of many people that have even heard of him, plus he is a Jazz pianist so many teenagers and people in their 20s would think hes dum. Nah, I know man... I suppose I worded that sentence poorly, but I meant something along the line...

Good stuff guys...I was really taken back by him the first time I saw his "twentysomething" video on VH1. Especially considering the majority of modern "pop" music I can't stand. Really struck me as a diamond in the rough! Anyways...I'll post it up later tonight or tomorrow. It'll just be straight u...

Jamie Cullum fans....tab interest??

As of late, I've been on a fairly big Jamie Cullum kick... I really love his cover of Radiohead's "High and Dry" and started fooling around on the guitar to transcribe this cover. SUCCESS! I pretty much have it nailed...and it sounds a lot better on guitar than you'd probably think. So, if anyone is...

good luck, this song is super fun to play and girls love it.. So this is a good one to practice :) Very true. But this song is also a double edged sword. DO NOT attempt to sing this song for the ladies unless you are sure you can hit those high notes before the second verse, wether it be true or fa...

Any harm in leaving a capo clamped after playing??

I do this from time to time, just leave my capo on after playing some tunes. Does it effect the strings or guitar neck in any negative way?

Just curious... :?:

FIX to Timmy's Typical Situation SOLO TAB (L@LC)... maybe?

First off, I'm retarded. I asked the other day about Timmy's Tripping Billies Solo tab, when I actually meant Typical Situation - duh. Anyways, found the tab on the site, but I think I found something a bit off. In Timmy's first chord/strumming run, it is tabbed out like this. Typical Situation solo...
