i play the verse part on an acoustic similar to the electric only i hit the 2 bass notes then strum the chord. for the chorus i think it sounds rather silly playing the electric way on an acoustic, so i swtich it up a little and strum - - - - - - x 14 x 12 12 14 x x x 10 10 10 then - - - - - - x 14 ...
