I have trouble with Warehouse, with the muting. The main riff starts with the notes on the E, A, and D, strings (7th, 9th, and 11th frets), which I find easy, but then he moves the opposite way, playing notes from the G to the D to the A string. I find it way harder to play these notes, while muting...
