What format is this in? VCD?

I've got my ultimate-all-time-favorite show in the world, Music Choice Gorge Special!! GREAT show and not out of synch like the VCD. Also has cool extras like the Grey street video, Late night w/ Conan Obrien, MTV's staying alive benefit (Dave's part), and Dave's Elvis Tribute. I LOOOOOVE this disc....

WHAT?! No DVD's? We simply must take care of that!

I gave it a ten because my branch was SUPERCOOl and SUPERFAST.....and the video is GREAT!!!!
