I would have to say Lie In Our Graves. The lyrics, in my opinion, are amazing, and Butch's solos are a perfect example of what he adds to the band. I think the way the song builds, then gets all quiet, the finishes out strong definitely shows compositional greatness.

For me, it was Pantala Naga Pampa --> Rapunzel off of Listener Supported. A friend of mine bought me the DVD as a gift, and I'd never really heard DMB before. Like they say, love at first sight (or listen in this case).
