Oddly enough, for me, SMTS, Trippin Billies, WWYS, Stone and songs like that just come really easily to me as far as singing over. I think it might just be cause the rhythms for playing are so far removed from the hrythms for singing thats its just two totally different things and thats how I approa...

Gabe Dixon Band: One to the World

This is one of my favorite songs by this band and, I know it's a keybord part, but i was just wondering if someone would be kind enough to try to tab it out for guitar. I've tried but I have a pretty bad ear and can't get it. The farthest I can get is that it's a I-IV-V progression. Can anyone help?

Jason Mraz: The Remedy

This is a really great song and really fun to play too. But, looking through the tabs I've found for it, there's a section that doesn't appear on any of them. I don't think he does it live too much and I can't really tell if it's in the recorded version cause there's so much else going on at the sam...

I usually just do an open D chord for that part. It makes it easier. Something like this: --------0h2--2----0--------------- --------3-----3----3-----2/4------ --------2-----2----2-----3/5------ ------------------------------------- ------------------------------------- -----------------------------...

I would just play that first on elike a regular B barre chord, though, instead of playing it using all four fingers. I think it would be easier that way.

"monk" theme song?

I was just wondering if anyone here who watches the TV show Monk on USA would be willing to tab out the theme song from that. It's just kind of a nifty little guitar thing and I think it woud be cool to be able to play it. I've got just a little bit of the first part of it, but not much else. Can an...

When something has a second and a fourth in it, I always thought it would be an add9sus4 or something like that. But I don't really know much about music theory. I really wish I did, though. I'm gonna take a class on it as soon as I can.
