Some Devil Intro (4.21.07) tab

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Some Devil Intro (4.21.07) tab

Unread post by taparoo » Tue Apr 24, 2007 12:12 am

Here ya go fellas. I haven't listened to the sd intro from last night yet, so if it's any different I'll try to tab that one out, too. enjoy guys.

Code: Select all

Some Devil Intro (4.21.07)

Dave uses a baritone guitar on this song, which has lower octaves
than a standard-tuned guitar (hence the really funky tuning).
You won't be able to get a standard-tuned guitar to sound just
like the recording (unless you have the strings bouncing off the fretboard),
but it will sound really close. enjoy.

*tuning: dropped B - drop low e string down 5 half steps
                   - raise A string one half step

If it wouldn't be too much trouble, could you tab out (RCMH version) in baritone tuning? I would really appreciate it.

I don't have a baritone guitar, so I don't really know how I would. I guess I could transpose it.... I'm not even sure how that would work. If I had a baritone I would do it, but I don't think I'd be able to do it right. Sorry man

That's alright. Don't worry about it. I'll watch the DVD and try to figure it out. Thanks though.
