Dave Matthews and Trey Anastasio spent time in Dakar, Senegal recently, traveling there to accept an invitation from Orchestra Baobab to join the band on stage for its first performance in 15 years. VH1 documented the experiences of Dave and Trey in Dakar, immersing themselves in a strange land in an effort to create music with one of Dakar's most versatile and cosmopolitan bands, whose sound is a magical blend of both Afro and Cuban styles. The story will premiere on (Inside)Out: Trey and Dave go to Africa on Saturday, May 8 at 10 p.m. Eastern Time.
