Look at the tuning head for that string, on the top of it there should be a little screw, try tightening that. My sting used to rattle too, I didnt know what was wrong, took it to the local guitar shop and they just screwed it tight and that was it, pretty easy, could be your problem too. If not maybe somethings wrong with the action or the bridge or something, I dont know.

There a few things that can be wrong with it.
1. Its your tuner. do like jsgksu said and tighten it up
2. One of your frets is too high. So just play up the fretboard until the buzzing stops. The fret right before the buzzing stopped is the one that is making it buzz. So just shave it.
3. Your action is too low. If its just one string it probably isnt the action but it could be that the strings are too low on the fretboard and are making it buzz.
There are a few more too.....i cant recall though.

Most likely a bridge adjustment or maybe a new nut might be the prob. Like said above, the fret might be too high as well. Take your axe to reputable repair shop, they'll be able to identify the prob. and take care of it.guitardmb wrote:There a few things that can be wrong with it.
