hey hey my my tab anyone?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

The two chord progressions are

Am-G-F
and
C-G-F

The riff is something like this

Code: Select all

E--0-------------3---------------1-
B--1-------------0---------------1-
G--2-------------0---------------2-
D--2---------0---0---------------3-
A--0--0-2-3------2--0h2-0---0----3-
E--------------3-3--------3----1-1-
and then

Code: Select all

E----0------------3--------------1-
B----1------------0--------------1-
G----0------0-0---0--0h2-0-------2-
D----2--0h2----0--0--------2-0---3-
A--3-3------------2--------------3-
E---------------3-3------------1-1-
Not a whole lot to it, but I really like it. This may not be exactly what is played (there may be errors), but it is what I would play.

I took a version I found on Ultimate Guitar, blended it with what was posted above, and then made a few of my own changes to it based on DMB's version. I've been playing F at the end of the main rift...I think it sounds better than what's listed...but you make your own decision. I think this is pretty darn close. Enjoy!!!!
